Provide client services to include detailed research development reports of land use, financial expenditures, and projected profitability.  Additional experience from 2020-present as the Chief Operating Officer at Mark Thoennes Builders in Greenville. Responsibilities included the institution of policies and procedures to ensure compliance of professional business standards; coordinating team structure; developing, implementing and improving builder, contractor, and client relations; and designing and communicating final housing selections to ensure project timeliness.  Professional certifications: Certified New Home Specialist (2017); Residential Construction Certified (2017) and Real Estate Finance and Investment Certified REFAI (2024).  Currently in pursuit of Masters of Real Estate Development at Clemson University (2025).  I enjoy spending quality time with family, friends, and colleagues through a passion of connection and community involvement.
